OVERVIEW OF THE GENERATOR HOSTEL HOTEL
The Generator Hostel is very popular with backpackers and within the London Hostel community. Not only famous for its well maintained budget accommodation, the Hostel also offers the Generator Bar, well known for its party atmosphere with games, events and happy hours.
Recommended more for younger adults and backpackers, the Generator Hostel offers many onsite facilities including laundry, internet access, TV lounge, travel shop, tours/sightseeing, a free luggage room and a restaurant.
The Generator London is designed in a funky, modern style to suit young people. Bright colours, neon lights and metal make up most of the public areas. With over 800 beds, the Generator Hostel is the only hostel in London to provide organised entertainment every night of the week, ensuring that you will meet lots of people from all over the globe!

Situated in Bloomsbury close to Russell Square, the Generator Hostel is in the West End of London. Classed as the city center, many shops, restaruants and bars are within walking distance, as is the British Museum and nearby theatreland.
Russell Square tube station offers connections throughout the "downtown" area of London from Kings Cross to Earls Court through to Heathrow Airport! The Hostel is also within minutes from other stations, via the tube, ensuring all other areas are eaily accessible.
From the Generator Hostel you can walk to the majority of Londons attractions in a short time including Soho, Covent Garden , Oxford Street and Leicester Square.
The Generator Hostel offers beds in Dormitory rooms, through to private Quad rooms. Dormitory rooms offer cheaper prices, but guests would be sharing with other persons in the room.
All private guest rooms at the Generator Hostel, offer bedlinen, towels and a wash basin. Single and twin rooms have a hanging unit, whilst larger private rooms feature lockers. Dorm rooms provide bedlinen, towels, wash basins and one backpack-sized locker per person. (Recommended to take your own padlock to lock it). All rooms are accessed by our highly secure electronic key card system. There are male and female showers and toilets on every floor.
Please note Generator London does not have any en-suite bedrooms. All twin rooms at the Generator Hostel have one bunk bed (two beds over eachother). The Generator London Hostel has no double beds.
All guests at the Generator London hostel are offered a complimentary "all you can eat" continental breakfast. The Hostel also offer a restaurant for dinner, open 6pm-9pm each day. Vending machines are located throughout the Hostel, offering snacks and drinks. Also offered is the Generator Bar, famous for its one pound a pint happy hours and live entertainment.
