Public areas of the Kensington Court include only a small reception desk that is manned 24 hours a day and a breakfast room located in the basement, where a light continental breakfast can to be taken each morning. There are 20 bedrooms distributed over 5 floors, with no elevator access. Their decor is plain and the furniture very dated, but all bedrooms are clean and serviced daily.
The majority of bedrooms have a small en-suite private bathroom containing a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. There are another couple of bedrooms that have a private shower and wash basin, with access to a communal WC. The remaining bedrooms contain a wash basin and have access to a communal bathroom. Our opinion: The Kensington Court is a basic bed & breakfast establishment, offering simple but clean accommodation. You are guaranteed a warm and personal welcome by the staff, who pride themselves in offering an honest and helpful service. We are happy to offer this hotel at these sensible rates.
