The Rembrandt Hotel offers an individual "non chain hotel" approach to London accommodation almost giving the appearance of a country house. With heavy drapes ands fabrics and a roaring fire in winter, the lounges are extremely comfortable and for those on business, are wifi enabled. The location gives easy access to many London locations either on foot or by underground. Mayfair and Park Lane are walking distance as is Harrods and Hyde Park. This is a very upmarket area of central London.

Located opposite the Victoria and Albert Museum on the border of South Kensington and Knightsbridge at Thurloe Place. Within walking distance you can visit the Natural History Museum and Science Museum, Harrods department store and the famous shopping areas of the Kings Road and Knightsbridge. Earls Court and Olympia are also close to the Rembrandt hotel.

The Rembrandt London offers 3 categories of bedroom to suit all tastes and budget, there are 195 en-suite bedrooms, including superior and executive rooms for that extra touch of luxury. All rooms are furnished to a high standard with modern facilities including Direct dial telephone, ISDN connections, Satellite TV and movies, hospitality tray and room safe. Most executive category rooms at the Rembrandt offer a jacuzzi bath and air conditioning. Due to fire regulations there are no more than three persons, including babies, allowed in any room at this hotel.

At the Rembrandt hotel, the large Masters Restaurant offers a range of imaginative and traditional dishes, which combine perfectly with the friendly service to create a relaxing atmosphere. As one of the few remaining independently run health clubs within the area, the Rembrandts health and leisure centre, AQUILLA, offers a friendly and personalised service offered to each and every one of its members. There is a nominal daily charge for using the facility buit this includes the loan of bathrobe, slippers and towel. OUR REVIEW
We have dealt with the Rembrandt Hotel for more than 12 years. The clients repeat stay level and guest satisfaction level is higher than average with many commenting on the excellent location.
The hotels large public areas are as good as they come with a lounge featuring several large comfortable couches and, in winter, a roaring log fire. The bar and restaurant and also very comfortable and the buffet breakfast is excellent.
Road noise at the front can be a little problem if you are not used to city traffic in which case when you check in ask for a room at the rear which overlooks just gardens and residential property.
