When telephoning, these are the questions that you will be asked..

1. Which of our hotels do you require ( if unsure please ask our advice )
2. Arrival date at the hotel
3. The date of the morning of departure
4. Total number of persons in the bedroom

  • SINGLE = 1 person
  • TWIN = a room for 2 persons each having a single sized bed
  • DOUBLE = a room for 2 persons in one large ( Queen ) bed
  • TRIPLE = a room for 3 persons and can be one, two or three beds
  • QUAD = a room for 4 persons in one, two, three or four beds
  • FAMILY = a room for 4 - 6 persons.
When the Operator has checked availability and price with you and you are ready to confirm, we will request contact details as we prefer to email AND fax the confirmation to you. If you have neither then we will send by surface mail.:

5. Your email address ( if you have one) - please ask the Operator to repeat it back, this is where most communication errors occur. If possible use "sounds like " i.e. "D for Denmark, N for Norway". Our advice is to request a reservation number from the Operator and then subsequently to email to Hotel-Uk:

quoting the reservation number in the title.
6. A fax number ( if you have one)
7. A contact telephone number in case we have problems communicating by fax or email.
8. A valid credit card number and expiration. Your card is only used by the hotel to guarantee arrival and is only charged if you do not arrive and have not previously cancelled.

Following on from the telephone conversation, your confirmation will be sent to you within a very maximum of 24 hours. Should you not receive it within this time period please contact us immediately (44-1844-343132).
